Greenhalgh Associates produce client specific Contractual Awareness
Training Schemes designed to suit the client's business. The aim is to improve
contractual awareness of the client's staff.
Since 1997 over 30 courses have been run for an international
contractor. The courses are co-presented with personnel from the client's
contracts department and use the client's experiences on projects to
demonstrate contractual issues and to instil a practical approach to
contracting.
The training scheme comprises of:
|
3 day course with a review of contract basics followed by a game
involving tendering,
project events and a dispute review board.
|
|
2 day follow up course with an emphasis on
sub-contracting.
