Greenhalgh Associates have particular experience of the contract conditions, risk profiles and payment terms used in civil, marine, dredging, reclamation and offshore works and have been involved with many of the large and challenging international projects that have been executed over the last 15 years.

Greenhalgh Associates are frequently appointed to carry out a contractual, commercial and administrative review of tender documents including:

	Project uncertainty matrix (PUM) to identify risks, liabilities and opportunities.
	Identification of countermeasures to quantify, reduce or exclude risks and liabilities.
	Assistance with preparation of Tenders / Contractor’s Proposal including drafting of exceptions/ qualifications.

John Greenhalgh is appointed as Quantum Expert on disputes involving civil, marine and dredging works. He is committee member of the Central Dredging Association (British Section) and has recently presented a paper on "Forms of Contract and Methods of Measurement" at the CEDA Maintenance Dredging II conference.
